When struck by insight, into what will you ground the resulting power?

I am Lightning Rod. On occasion, going about my usual business and life, I am struck by insight.

Pieces of a puzzle assemble in a new way and I see a bigger picture. I literally have to write it down or it slips back into the In Between. “Insight,” seeing IN, is no small event.

Do you ignore insight when it strikes? If not, what process do you have for integrating it into your life?
