How does your very being inform the Flow of all creation and destruction?

We are all, every one of us, constantly in formation. Change is the only constant.

Of course, our Ego, our protective Knight in Shining Armor, resists the truth of this and battles to keep things going the way they’re going. This is their mission.

Who is that Knight, anyway? Ego is a manifestation of our subconscious that talks to us in our head and takes action on our behalf using our bodies before we have time to think things through and consider doing something NEW. The Knight forms plans and acts only based on your experiences. No hopes, no dreams, and no imagination are included in their protective plan.

Ego, the Knight, is NOT your very being, nor your true self. Our true selves use waves of emotion to fuel the full-tilt living, breathing, and creating of our lives, which includes taking risks and dreaming new possibilities. This is how we inform the Flow of all creation and destruction.
