How is your breath like Wind?

My breath is like Wind in that it carries my words, which are seeds of hope and a force for both creation and destruction.

Words matter. The words we utter carry not just our meaning but also our tone. Tone is the emotional underpinning of our verbal communication, carried out into the world by our exhale.

“I have a dream...”

Feel that? You don’t even have to hear me say it because you’ve heard the recording of Dr. King saying it. His tone: authentically fierce hope.

Words matter. So does tone.

And I have a dream.
