What is required for you to investigate your own habitual dramas?
Alignment of present-day circumstances with elements that set the original trauma/drama in my experience creates a surge of emotion. That’s what prompts my investigation.
In the exaggerated response in the present, I see previous trauma activated.
Self-cultivation is not just about planting the seeds of what we hope to one day harvest, but it also about pulling the weeds of experiences that no longer serve us. “Weeds” are plants we just don’t want growing there. I’m tending my garden.
