How do you ensure your heart’s participation as you touch the Flow of all creation and destruction?

This question suggests we be more mindful in our interaction with the Flow — that we “ensure our heart’s participation” as we touch the Flow.

Sometimes, the Flow does not feel welcoming and our natural reaction is to protect our hearts.

Heart-sourced compassion ensures our stability as we touch it and it promotes our liberators’ influence on the Flow.

Compassion requires practice. May our influence on the Flow include compassion.
